New Order of the Global Economy and Dispute Resolution for Global Enterprises

Good day everyone. Thank you for inviting me to speak at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration today. I am truly honored by the invitation to join the SCIA Council and I am eager to learn and contribute in any way I can.

 

For this particular moment of our gathering, I was invited to offer just a few thoughts on a timely and critical topic: how the emerging new order of the world economy would impact dispute resolution among global enterprises.

 

And I would argue that the world economy today presents a fundamentally different landscape for global enterprises compared to the recent past. This shift is driven by several key factors. I will highlight three of them.
