Overview of the Decisions in the WTO Dispute Settlement System in 2021

The case note presents an overview of the panel reports circulated in the dispute settlement system of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in 2021. After providing a brief account of the main findings and interpretations made by the panels, the note presents the cases which are currently in consultations or whose panels have been established or composed. The note concludes with some final remarks.
