Public Private Partnership for WTO Dispute Settlement: Enabling Developing Countries
By Amrita Bahri, Edward Elgar
Reviewed by Mohammed El Said

Public Private Partnership for WTO Dispute Settlement presents a valuable contribution to a topic which have received considerable attention during the past few years. The strength of this work is not confined to such a factor solely but extends to the manner about how the topic is handled through rich reliance on practical examples and recommendations. More importantly, the topic itself is likely to be at the centre stage globally with the growing concerns about the brewing rhetoric of global trade wars between developed and developing countries following the recent measures taken by the United States against imports of tariffs of other countries.
