Abstract: As self-imposed deadlines for progressing the Doha Round have come and gone during the first half of 2011, it may be sensible to question what a continued multilateral impasse would mean for areas directly and indirectly affected by the negotiations. This article focuses on one such area, namely the area of intersection between trade and climate change, and examines how the Doha Round affects and is affected by that link.
