DEFINING INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM:
FORMULATION OF A UNIVERSAL CONCEPT OUT OF THE IDEOLOGICAL QUAGMIRES AND OVERLAPPING APPROACHES
International terrorism indeed is a threat to the very foundations of international legal establishments, from sovereign States to intergovernmental organizations. But what is even more challenging is the fact that there exists no specific legal theory for the conceptualisation of International terrorism. This Article aims to bring out in light the most pressing challenges in the conceptualisation and formation of a legal definition for international terrorism.
