Nizamuddin Ahmad Siddiqui (NAS): Thank you very much, Dr. Mohsin Bhat, for agreeing to an interview about your latest co-authored Report, which deals with the Foreigners Tribunals in Assam. This Report has implications for how schemes like CAA and NRC may be unfolding and the way they are being implemented. Problems stemming from CAA/NRC have been highlighted previously through your own and others’ works. However, this new Report brings out some new facts, which I think are vital for us to follow.
